Family Involvement at Tonalea Day School

The Navajo District values families as equal partners in their children's education. We aim to foster strong ties between parents/guardians and the school through research-backed family involvement approaches. Parents and guardians play vital roles as teachers, supporters, advocates, and decision-makers in their children's learning. Effective two-way communication between home and school is essential for a meaningful and productive connection between the school and the community.
